Daniel Remler

Artificial Intelligence Policy Coordinator, U.S. Department of State

Daniel Remler is the Artificial Intelligence Policy Coordinator at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Special Envoy for Critical and Emerging Technology. Prior to joining the Department, Daniel worked as a journalist with the Economist magazine, writing on public policy and politics in the United States. Before that he was a researcher at the Center for Strategic and International Studies analyzing U.S. international economic policy. He received a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and history from the University of California, Berkeley.
