Alex is a technology founder with experience building companies in mobile, data, and machine learning since 2003. While leading a recommendation startup that delivered personalized news to millions of readers, he experienced firsthand the challenges of scaling model deployment—a realization that led him to establish Seldon in 2014 to democratize ML operations and tackle global challenges.
Under his leadership, Seldon became the first open-source MLOps platform built on Kubernetes, transforming the ML deployment lifecycle. The platform has been installed over 10 million times and counts industry leaders across sectors such as financial services, telco, automotive, and retail among its customers. Seldon stands out for its support of complex and real-time AI use cases, enabling organizations to deploy sophisticated models and pipelines. Its advanced model monitoring provides continuous performance oversight, while its generative AI integrations and agentic capabilities enable agile automation.
What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
