Reader (Associate Prof.), University of Manchester
Panagiotis Papadopoulos is a Reader (Associate Prof.) in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Manchester and a UK Research and Innovation Future Leaders Fellow. His research interests are in the area of power system stability and dynamics under increased uncertainty, introduced due to the integration of new technologies. He is also interested in power system applications of machine learning to tackle complex problems related to power system stability.
He is part of the Artificial Intelligence for Decarbonisation’s Virtual Centre of Excellence (ADViCE) through the Alan Turing Institute aiming at enabling artificial intelligence to support the transition to Net Zero. He is the Technical Committee Program Chair of the Power System Dynamic Performance Committee of IEEE Power and Energy Society and has also received the Outstanding Engineer Award in 2021 from IEEE PES, UK and Ireland.

What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
